Effanbee by Tonner PATSYETTE Green Thumb Doll. Made in 2003. Doll measures approximately 8.5" tall. Doll is RETIRED and is very hard to find. This Patsyette looks to be a Garden Girl - dressed in blue denim overalls and a red and white checkered shirt. Wearing a hair net to keep doll's hair intact. Item #PY1311.
