Return & Refund Policy

RETURNS

Our return policy lasts for 30 days from the date of shipment of your order. If 30 days have gone by since your order was shipped, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, it must be in the same condition that you received it in. In other words, if you bought item(s) from us in MINT condition, that is the way we expect to receive it back. It must be in its original packaging, unopened. 

Also, if the item you purchased from us was in pre-owned, VERY GOOD condition, we expect to receive it back in the SAME condition we sent it to you.

If you do not follow the return policy instructions mentioned above, you will NOT be issued a refund and your item will NOT be returned to you.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase, which was emailed to you when you placed and paid for your order. It will have an order ID number on it. Please print this out and include it your package you are returning.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer - you will NOT be refunded.

REFUNDS (if applicable) 

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days, depending on your credit card company's policies.

* Please note that we reserve the right to withhold a 2.9% fee on the original order's total amount. This applies to orders in which you "changed your mind." This fee is not returned to us when we process a refund. It is retained by our payment processor - i.e. paypal, Visa/Mastercard, etc. * 

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS (if applicable)

Contact your credit card company, or your bank. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted. 

SALE ITEMS (if applicable)

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Clearance and percentage off sale items cannot be refunded. 

EXCHANGES (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged in shipping if we have more of that item in stock. If you need to exchange it for the same item, use our Contact Us form to let us know. We will email you the address to return your package to.  

SHIPPING ADDRESS FOR RETURNS

If your return is approved, you will be sent an email with our return shipping address.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. 

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. 

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a track-able shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item, nor are we responsible for it.
